Henny, I shouldn't have it either, but it's too good to pass up.

TGIF!! Happy weekend everyone.
Good Shabbos to all who observe.
Thank you Sunny, Ellen and everyone else for your prayers/thoughts for my mom. Progress is slow, one step forward, two steps backward. She was back in the hospital this week. I think she may be discharged tomorrow. She is getting wonderful care, but let's just say, she has a mind of her own. Exhaustifing.
What is matzoh crunch?
I second all the kind thoughts and prayers posted. Thank you Sunny for this friendly thread.
I am thankful for the PATIENT nurses/aides/staff at the hospital and rehab.
For all those still dealing with winter snow and ice, I am wishing you spring temps and warmth ASAP.
For those families suffering the loss of a loved one, may your memories comfort you and bring you strength during this difficult time.
Leaving you assorted mini pot pies...chicken, beef, seafood and veggie. The salad bar has anything and everything you could want on/in your salad.
The bar is stocked.....virgin, alcoholic and soft drinks.
For dessert, there are assorted fruit turnovers. Sugar free available, of course.

Hi beautiful people, and thank you for your heart-warming wishes and prayers.
For those of you that are interested in the Butter Crunch Matzoh Candy, here is the recipe.
PASSOVER MATZOH BRITTLE CANDY
4-6 Sheets of unsalted matzah
1 cup unsalted butter (two sticks)
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup (6 oz) semi sweet chocolate bits
(sprinkle sea salt) (1/2 tsp vanilla)
Preheat oven to 375.
Lightly grease cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Line bottom of pan entirely with matzah, breaking into smaller pieces if necessary to cover.
In saucepan, combine butter and sugar, and cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook, stirring, for three minutes. Pour sugar/butter mixture over matzah.
Bake for about 15 minutes, checking every four or five minutes to make sure not burning. Should be light caramel colored only --BURNS VERY EASILY!!
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate bits. Let stand for a few minutes, then spread melted bits over entire surface. Cut or break into bite size pieces while still warm. Chill in refrigerator until set. ENJOY!!
