Shabbat Shalom & Happy December Weekend 12/5/14

Shabbat Shalom to all who observe, and a happy December weekend to all.

May all your loved ones be healthy, and if they are ill, may they soon be well.

May you be blessed with the love and warmth of family and friends every day of the year, not just on holidays and special occasions.

May your burdens and worries blow away with the wind.

To those of you and your family with health issues, may everything turn out well. May your medical tests and those of your loved ones come back with happy results.

Sending prayers of healing and strength to you and your loved ones.

Many prayers for our country's well being and world peace. Bless the leaders who keep our country strong with wisdom and courage, and PLEASE give them the strength to make the right decisions for our security and well-being.

Good thoughts and thanks to our military. May they come home safely and SOON. Bless all the servicemen that didn't make it home; and to those who are serving, thank you for being there to protect our safety.

Special prayers for all the children...may they have good health, enough to eat and drink, a warm bed, and the abiding love of parents and family who will protect them. May the children survive and thrive. No child should ever go to bed hungry, nor should anyone else in this country. Help the food banks if you can. Even a little helps. May our own children be healthy and happy.

May your parents and your children be healthy and happy as well. I hope everyone's mom and dad and children are feeling well or getting better.

I'm not going to get political, here of all places, but I feel so grateful to be an American and have the right to express my opinions and ideas peacefully. G-d bless America.

Condolences to those of you that have lost a parent or a loved one recently. It's not so easy around the holidays, but we try to make the best, if not for ourselves, then for our family.

Try to do a good deed for a stranger. They'll feel good, and you'll feel better.

May the best of everything come your way, today and every day.

Donna, I hope your mom is resting comfortably.

Hugs to all xox

Shabbat Shalom dear Sunny and all who observe. I hope everyone has a safe and and peaceful week.

I find it really difficult to comprehend what is happening in this country and the world. I am horrified by the "no indictment" decision in Staten Island. I have been watching the news a lot. The only thing that gave me some hope was were the "white" people carrying signs that read "Black People Matter".

I hope they continue to peacefully protest around this country and make something happen. It is time!

I will step off of my soapbox now. Sunny I am sorry for ranting.

Donna I hope Mom is comfortable.

Sunny, my sweet sister, I hope you and your family have a wonderful Shabbat. I just pictured you in Mom's apronSmile

Shabbat Shalom Sunny and friends,

Have lovely weekennd.

I am hoping that those who need to, become aware that they are only one amongst all of us on the planet. No one person or group is entitled or superior. Let us hope that if we all stand together our voices will be heard and things will change.

Wishing good health for everyone. Donna,My thoughts are with you and your mother.

I wish you all Shabbat Shalom and a happy week to come. On a positive note,NASA successfully launched the Orion Spacecraft today. It means that our children can now see the USA using its scientific strength. May the Children of Planet Earth be inspired to reach for the stars.

Re: Shabbat Shalom & Happy December Weekend 12/5/14

Good Shabbos everyone. I needed to come here today. I've been so stressed this week. Between the loss of my father, my job loss and all that has to be done with health insurance, etc. I'm just ovewhelmed. It's so nice to have a place where someone cares, since I'm all alone. I'm so tired of making decisions!

The company I worked for after 18 years is making things so hard for me. They won't release my 401k money yet so I can reinvest. It's my money! They let you go easily in a merger, but sure like to hold onto your money.

Plus diving into the world of health insurance after working and getting healthcare for all those years is a learning curve. My brain is so over-stressed tonight. I need to decompress and try not to spend the whole weekend worrying and in fear.

Sorry to rant, but I don't have any family anymore and friends seem few and far between when your life isn't carefree. Isn't it a shame to realize who your real friends are in situations like this? It's really sad that people can't be counted on just to share a shoulder.

Oh well, I appreciate you all reading and letting me unload a bit. May you all have blessings and love this weekend.

Thank you.

Shana
