It is real-I just watched the video-so amazing. They really seem to be enjoying themselves. Just search for 2 sea lions on a boat or apparently they "stole" the boat from the dock. A former football player took the video from his boat nearby when he saw this unusual sight.

The picture hs been around for a quite a while.  Yes, it's a real photo.  I think from the early 1990's.  Smart animal.  They love to lie on things .   Damaged the boat obviously.
