Oh my goodness!  Is that a manatee?  I wonder how or why on earth this happened lol!

I don't think Manatees come out of the water. Anyone know what variety of seals these are. They look almost big enough (unless that's a toy boat, lol) to be elephant seals, but the appearance is much different.
