I'll try to condense the story since it could be very long and detailed. My grown daughter is a director of a large children's facility and has about 40 employees. Recently, she had some issues with one (lazy, didn't want to work, trouble-making, etc.). Well, about a month ago this employee decided to resign since she could not work her schedule due to her family problems. She has now stirred up trouble with two like-minded employees and is making threats to my daughter. She's even gone so far as making threats on Facebook like my daughter better watch out--she watches a lot of shows on tv and knows how to make certain things look like accidents, etc. On Friday, my daughter got her regional office involved and she's waiting to see what course of action they're going to take; however, I'm wondering if we need to do more like notify the local authorities or Facebook, etc. We're not sure about that because we'd rather the situation just fizzle out so we don't want to do anything to escalate the problem. Any suggestions?
