While skulls and gasmasks aren't my thing, I am not going to judge his character because he apparently likes it.

            QVC's IT department has known for a long time about the broken link to Shawn's and Mary Beth's Facebook accounts.   It would be such an easy fix, yet Mary Beth's still returns the page-not-found, "this page isn't available" message.   And this new wayward trip to an unrelated person's page tells us the IT staff couldn't even replace a bad link with the correct one.   This is a very, very, very, very bad reflection on the basic tech support here.    Very bad.

I don't think that Shawn's link is tied to this guy FB page is "extremely disturbing".

It's obviously a computer glitch.

Nothing more.

Certainly no need to be disturbed by it.
