When I put a subject in the search box section like "as is" or "Valerie Parr Hill", etc. to look up items I  keep getting the saying "not available".  Any hints on how to fix this.  It started last week?

I know exactly what you mean.    Lately, if I am on  THE FORUMS, I can't look up anything, either.     I have to open the regular Q sales site.   

The icon for the forums is a BOLD Q in red...and the icon for the shopping is a letter Q in a square box-like image.     di

Instead if using the search box try using the drop-down under Shop located at the top upper-left of the screen. Drop down to Clearance > As-is Products > For the Home > VPH.

Took me 3 tries.

Searched for:

As Is....nothing came up, but neither did 'not available'

VPH...nothing

3rd try....search came right up....and then many tries at searching all worked.

It's like clicking on Order status

Order status in not available

Try it 2 more times and it IS available!   LOL

I'm having the same issue.

I can't just type in a product or company to search the items for.  It says, "We're sorry, search results are not available at this time.  Please try again later."
