Sean Taylor's accused murderers still have not gone to trial

I was shocked to read that 4 of the 5 individuals accused in the murder of former Washington Redskin Sean Taylor in 2007 have not been brought to trial. THe trial is now scheduled to start in April. I cannot even imagine what has delayed this for over 5 years. What is wrong with our justice system?
