Scott Carpenter dies

He was the second American astronaut to orbit the earth. Those mercury astronauts were so extremely brave to do what they did when this technology was so new. He passed at 88 years old. Those first space explorers seem like they were bullet proof to me and that they should never age or die. God Speed, Scott.
