Everyone is saying,

“HOW in the devil did he get in the LEFT lane of a

6-lane highway...at RUSH hour?’

Ludicrous? Of course!

Condone? Heavens no!

I-35 (‘Stemmons’ for us Dallasites) is a 6-lane highway used by

many, many semis & large commercial vehicles...going at 75mph!

This is one of those crazy things where I want to look away but

oddly fascinated what his frame of mind would be!!

He was looking over his shoulder when making lane changes,

so we have to give him a little cred for that!  Funny stuff😆

I’m sure 911 was flooded with calls but it appears

he was exiting so quickly, I would guess he’s unknown.  

It did get the attention of the Texas Governor, via Twitter,

implying the legal aspect so...we’ll see if this story continues.

I was thinking they meant a scooter for someone that couldn’t walk.

Now I am sure some ridiculous copycat will try and do it also. The guy was lucky he wasn’t killed or cause an accident and kill others.

I am not a fan of those scooters.when I go downtown I see them abandoned all over the sidewalks...you really have to watch your step if it’s dark.

If he had been hit, I wonder who would be blamed/held liable. One of my sons asked and the more we all discussed it, the more we're not sure. Common sense and the law are not often the same.

That’s a good question.

I would think, at first glance, it would kinda/sorta be like the person

who runs across a 6-lane interstate & gets hit. And those reports

always say it’s a ‘no-fault’ situation. This scooter story fascinates me!
