I'm a teacher in Washington and we usually don't get snow make-up days. This year we will have 2 from our snow in November (so far). My district doesn't add in snow days so we usually make them up in June. I know many of you are used to these kinds of winters. I was wondering how frequently schools get cancelled in your area and if the kids have lots of days to make up already? Does your district build in some snow days or are they tacked onto the end? Many of you are having a horrible winter and I can't imagine how many days of school have been lost. Thanks-just curious!
