I have to admit I am addicted to QVC. The convince of shopping on line and watching the videos on the item really appeal to me. I love Denim & Co and can usually rely that I know my D&C size and it will work for me.
Other designers I seems to run hot and cold on sizing so sometimes I order 2 different sizes just to be sure. What I have learned it that the cost of returns was discouraging me from buying some of the items. What I have been doing the past month or so is saving my returns and shipping them all back in a United States Postal Service USPS large or medium flat rate box. I have an account set up with USPS so I even receive a discount in shipping. The flat rate boxes are FREE from the post office. I can easily return 6-10 clothing items in these Medium or large boxes. So instead of paying $6.95 for returning one item, I am retuning several for approx $12.00, and it shippes 2 day priority mail
I still hate to pay for returns but it better than having clothes I won't wear in my closet.![]()

If you are returning that many items on a regular basis, you will likely be receiving "the letter" soon.

Shipping back stuff is indeed expensive; I hardly send anything back unless it is clothing but the sizes are not only inconsistent but who knows how they will look on an individual body type until we try them on? When we shop in a store, we often take 4 or 5 items to the dressing room and often buy only 1, if even that. Therefore, I think these online places should expect returns with their clothing.
However, I have never sent that many returns back at a time; I doubt it is such a good idea from the seller's perspective; remember it costs them to send each of these items to you to begin with.so I'll have to agree with the above poster, if this happens regularly you will probably eventually get a letter.
Wouldn't do well with Shophq as they don't even refund your original shipping cost.

You can send as many items back in one box up to the 5 lb limit for the $6.99 cost of their return label, as long as they all are going to the same place. You know different things have different return warehouses. I have called to ask CS about this many times, and each person told me the same thing. I don't buy from QVC anymore, tho. When you add up the cost of getting and returning items, it's just stupid ridiculous.
