It is definitely do able! You can find a beautiful home for anywhere from $80K and up. You can buy within two miles of the ocean too. OR if you want more for your money go across the road to 3 to 4 miles from the ocean and get really good deals.

i agree colliegirls......my beach of choice is bethany beach in delaware!

i just LOVE this time of the year also........it is quiet, cool, and we can get to the restaurants we dont normally get to during the summer.
