CNN just did a story on price variance depending on pharmacy for 5 popular drugs. They found that CVS was the priciest and Costco was the cheapest.

For generic versions of drugs like Lipitor, CVS charged $150 and Costco charged $17. Generic Plavix went for $180 at CVS and $15 at Costco. The study was actually done by Consumer Reports.

I wasn't aware there was such a discrepency. Were you?
