Salad.....

What kind do you like, I mean like tossed salad.....I looked at the bagged ones today and they have a very short shelf life, like 2 or 3 days, I wonder why it is so short, I can't eat that much in a few days I need a good 5 pr 6 days before it goes bad. Any suggestions??
