Salad dressings

What's your favorite?

Do you like to make your own? I do.

My favorite is very simple: apple cider vinegar, canola oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and salt.

If I want to make an Asian salad I use sesame oil and rice vinegar instead.

A good, basic Lebanese dressing is lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and garlic.
