@tgr I receive automatic updates from UPS and FedEx whenever packages are on the way. Four packages so far are shipped UPS.

Thanks for the heads up about DHL. I only go through the front door when I know there's a package on the porch. I'll start checking daily to see if any packages are there.

I ordered 10 items in last year's clearance and they came in 5 different shipments. Based on that, I'm expecting at least 8 more packages.

usps shows it delivering tomorrow

apparently dhl does not update after the hand off

@TheMemphisVette I'm glad you got your full order. UPS delivered a box today with 5 more items, and I have another delivery scheduled for Tuesday. I'm hoping most of my remaining 13 items are in that box.

I'm so bummed. I ordered like 18 things. No notification of shipment and no alert from UPS or DHL. 😢

@ABLELOW I only got two notifications from Shophq last Tuesday. But since their website closed Wednesday, I haven't received anything from them. I've just been relying on UPS confirmations.

You can call if you're worried. I had to call Friday, and they're still taking calls. Instead of one charge for $130, they started charging me for each individual item. My credit card started to reject the charges. They thought it was fraud because 20 small charges were being attempted.

I placed an order on 5/3 and received confirmation.  Have not received and have had no further communication with them.  I guess I should consider it a contribution to their bankruptcy!

@Tosca, I had got a confirmation for the last order I placed and no further communication. I called Customer Service this morning about the last order I placed and was told it will arrive later than the May 13 expectancy date. Fingers crossed.

The web site has been down since the 7th. They're done. it's not coming back up.
