i have always been a big fan of the Q. i order on average once a week.... i really don't want to check to see just how often i do ...or... how much i spend a year. i have never received used items or junk in pockets! just never happened to me. i live with in a couple hundred miles of their shipping facility and i have always enjoyed FAST shipping. i think their record was a couple of years ago when i ordered something in the middle of the night and received it midmorning the following day.... lets say within 18 hours!!! i'm sure that was a fluke, but a welcome fluke. my normal delivery time has been 2-3 days from ordering.

lately this has become slower.... but my last couple of orders beat it all!!! i ordered last sunday and monday. the items are coming from their warehouse. one was 2 pair of those TSV slippers. i received notice within the last couple of days that my orders were shipped...yeah! this is friday, right? well they have not yet generated UPS labels for any of them which means UPS will not even pick them up until next monday at the earliest! it will be taking me a week or more to receive the items and as i said i'm 200 miles away. so much for speedy delivery!!! combine this with increased prices, outrageous shipping and the picture is not pretty.

and while i'm at it... do they really expect us to watch weeks of junk programming selling flasklights, yaktrax, NN sheets, kids toys etc from now untl christmas? not me... i haven't watched a program in over 2 weeks and will not be! i know this is nothing new for many of you, but i live alone and i enjoy the Q on my TV in the background even while i sleep. no more. YES... i feel better now!
