SERIOUSLY????? 5 days.....and still processing???????

Ok, WTH???? I placed an order 5 days ago, it is STILL processing. I am getting very frustrated with the SLOWNESS of getting my orders. I want to place a large order for some clothing etc for a trip I am taking, but not sure I would get it in time!!! Then the actual shipping is S-L-O-W. What is up??? Don't have this problem with any other online sight. I get items, to me, in 2-3 days often. Feeling totally annoyed!
