Thanks for telling the qvc community about another delivery food option. Instead of getting to go from a restaurant, this is another way people can prepare their own food and control that aspect of safe food handling.

@Diamonds22 @Hi. I'm just letting you know there's a post today from a Forum member about an email she got from Schwann's. She said that one of their delivery persons has tested positive for COVID-19. You can check for the post. I think the member's email said something about the person being connected to a Florida facility.

I have been using Schwans for 20 years. Here they have trouble keeping drivers and many times they postpone your order for another 2 weeks.
I don't order every 2 weeks.

They were out of everything I wanted but I ordered a few things anyway. The truck came yesterday with a few items that I had ordered out of stock, he gave me one of each instead of everything. If you see it out of stock order it anyway b/c they could have it on the truck.

I found out if you push hard enough you can get them to ups your order. Their CS is third party and terrible to deal with.

The problem is now they are out of a ton of items.

I love the food and have tried many of them.

If you need suggestions I have probably tried it.

I am the poster that started this thread & I checked my order which is to be delivered 4/2 & the 6 items I ordered are in stock as I just checked it. Also there is nothing on my Schwan's website stating about the employee contracted the virus nor did I get any e-mail or notification. I am assuming it is only in the county in Florida but not in my state.

@Mindy D My SO and I both tried the Sesame Chicken (we both really liked it), it has a sweet sauce. We tried the single serve sausage pizzas, I added a little garlic and shredded cheese, they were good and just the right size for me (no leftover pizza, yay). He also tried the bagel dog and said it was good. I'm actually looking forward to trying more items.

I stopped ordering from Schwan's many years ago because the delivery driver was very pushy, trying to get me to buy things that he got special points (or whatever) for.

Found a code for up to $50 off my $100 order. Code is ENJOY183, may expire at end of month. So I decided to try Schwan's again, but the only shipping available was by UPS

for $9.99, went to finish checkout and some of my items were not in stock, so with my lower total, shipping went up to $14.99. Not paying that.

I may try Schwan's again when I can get free delivery.

@yellowrose That would be a great deal. I'm wondering if I can use it on my next order...ETA: I created a "dummy" order to see if the code would work for me. It didn't. Oh well, I tried.
