Is anybody lese tired of being charged S & H for multiple items shoved into one bag? The charge for my order today was $17.50 for a bag that weighed 2 pounds according to the lable.

@portofino.  You know what the shipping charges are, so if you don't like them, can't afford or accept them, the solution is simple.  Shop elsewhere.

Just wait for a free shipping day.

Yes, it's irritating when shipping charges are on each individual item. It has often prevented me from not only buying multiple items, but buying any at all.

If I'm really interested in something, I add it to my Wish List and wait for a free shipping day hoping the size or colors I want are still available and the price hasn't increased.

It's prevented many a sale.

Why is this company struggling? ...humm

Re: S & H charges

It's the 'handling' part of the S&H that you're paying for mostly. It's not just the shipping cost. Someone in the warehouse has to grab and place each item into a box. They are getting paid to do that.

Warehouse packers are paid fairly well. It's back-breaking work. I should know b/c I worked in a warehouse years ago.

I’m almost embarrassed to admit this. I bought one of the collegiate folding chairs for my son for Christmas. I can’t remember if it was on a free ship day or not.. I had it sent to my house in Massachusetts so I could wrap it before sending it to him (my bad). 🤦‍♀️ The cost to ship the chair to his house in Texas was way more than twice the cost of the chair . Lesson learned and no complaints from me anymore regarding QVC S&H.

Of course everyone would want the shipping to be free or much less.  The point you're missing, however is that we're all used to it, know other options and shop accordingly.

That has happened to me several times with QVC and other companies.  Most of my gifts get shipped to other states but I used yo want to wrap them and send everything together.   After a package cost $64 to ship to California, nothing comes here now.

Yes, it bothers me. I refuse to buy anything that has high S&H fees, especially when I need multiples of an item.

This doesn't work with QVC, but with many online retailers, I choose my items, add my name and address and add everything except my payment.  Then I abandon the website.

9 times out of 10, I get and-mail offering me free shipping.  This has save me a ton of money.

I very seldom ever pay extra for S&H.  There is usually nothing I need that bad.
