I follow Ruth Buzzi on Twitter. Usually her tweets are silly and/or cat related jokes (Saturday Caturday), but today there was one that was very poignant. Love her!

No tweets from me but I will say/blog---speak up when you don't like something but only to someone that can do something about what you dislike----speak up when you see or hear things you appreciate and you will have a happier life--unblog now

I know this is a silly question but I looked online today to find out about Twitter.........what machine you use to send messages and I could not find out information. Do you Twitter from a certain cell phone? Does it cost? Can it be done on any cell phone or computer? I don't know what it is. Thank you for your help.

Hi R&R,

As I said in my other post, I do not tweet. I know it can be done from a computer/cell phone and/or tablet. Like most other things on the internet I am guessing you have to first "download" an ".exe(executable file)" and then install it on the device you want to use. Computer? Download and install it on your computer and so on.

After installation my guess is you would have to go to their website(Twitter)and open an account, much like you had to do for this QVC Bulletin Board. Don't know any reason why these programs(Twitter/Facebook etc)would be any different than the forums on shopping networks and other Social Media Programs.

Might want to put this over on Electronics Talk as many there are like me, "geeks", but I am not into Social Media, I prefer being a "geek" on Home Theaters and anything to do with Audio and Video or both. Here is the link to Electronics Talk Forum.

You don't need to download anything on your home computer. Just go to

https://twitter.com/

All you do is open an account using an email address or facebook. Messaging is similar to instant messages but shorter. For tablets and phones, there is an app. It's free.
