I think they should do things smarter, not just go back to what it was. And I don't know the answer to 'smarter' for QVC since I don't work there. But do they really need to go back to all that traveling? I do enjoy Jackie from Isaac on Sunday afternoons. She does a great job from her apartment.

It is time to get back to normal. People cannot live like this anymore. Where I live evryone is back to normal except for the Dr.'s offices and it is time they knock off the masks and get back to normal as well. I wonder how many people like me haven't seen a Dr. in almost 3 years?

It may be "abnormal" to have someone go into a television studio for a five minute presentation when it could be done effectively from another location not requiring time and travel. To me, that's normal. The old model is unusual, dated, unnecessary.

Could care less. I don't think it really makes a difference and it's far more expensive

To be honest with you, though Skype definitely has its drawbacks and flaws, I'm not in any hurry to see vendors and hosts (sooner or later) return to their faux hugs and kisses greetings before, and sometimes even after, each and every show that presents with a vendor.
Besides, when a vendor is presenting by Skype, there seems to be many more vendors available and presenting in a 24 hour period than there ever were in the days of vendors in the studio. Perhaps QVC will do a hybrid of vendors; some in the studio while others are using Skype.

I heard that too Linda. I wonder if it will be only the guest that live in PA?

It seems to me like guests have been traveling to a set kitchen for some time. I've noticed that during the Cooking shows the guests are often in what appears to be the same kitchen and not their home kitchen.

I believe it's an old outdated business model to have the guests return to in person presentations.
If it's a TSV, or perhaps they are going to have a handful of presentations in a single day then I believe that they should be in the studio.
However, flying in from another state for short presentations is a true waste of money.

Couldn't have said it better, @Johnnyeager

'Talk about a waste of energy' .......... (airplane/auto gasoline) and time.
Actually, seems as though the vendors would prefer to be at home. Samples are sent there, most likely in their sizes, too.
I do have a feeling that vendors like Kim G., Susan G., and a few other vendors do like to be 'on set', too.
They are 'bigger than life', so to speak, in a nice way.
Very demonstrative (if that's the correct
word). And enjoyable to watch (for me).
