I discovered this over the summer and made Ruby Red Grapefruit Margaritas, (got the recipie from Ina Garten) BUT, now Costco sells a sack of them, much more cost friendly than the grocery stores, and they are the MOST delicious fruit, sweet and JUICY beyond belief! I find myself eating a whole grapefruit while I am making Margaritas, LOL. Margarita recipie: Squeeze and strain one cup of grapefruit juice from fresh Ruby Reds, (I use more juice), one cup orange liquer(sp) (I use Gran Mariner) (excuse my spelling on these as I have never typed the names before) and one cup silver tequila (Costco sells both, great price), and 1/4 cup fresh line juice. (I have decided that I don't need this, but if you like it, Costco sells bags of limes too) Rim glass with some of mix, roll in salt or not, fill glass with crushed ice, and add mix.
