Ringling Brothers Eliminating Elephant Acts...

Congratulations to them...the protests have paid off! The elephants will live out their lives at an elephant sanctuary.

Attendance was way down...maybe the lions and tigers will be next to be retired.

I only hope the poor elephants are going to a nice sanctuary and not a dog food plant! It's going to be pretty expensive to house non-working elephants.

I also hope the big cats will be the next to be eliminated from circus shows.

Now, let's take a look at how rodeo animals are treated. Especially the calf roping event.

from what I heard they are going to a facility in FL

That's good news. I've seen some pretty horrible footage on how they are treated in order to get them to do circus acts.
