Awwww....understandable at 90, I guess, but so sorry to hear this. Loved loved loved The Thorn Birds. I rewatch it every now and then...that was my favorite thing he was in, but he did so many things...great actor.

Oh Yes, Dr. Kildare and The Thorn Birds! He died of complications from a stroke.

Two things I remember: Surfer Girl was introduced on Dr. Kildare (Yvette Mimeux) was the Surfer Girl and he narrated the bio on TCM of Claude Rains. Rest in Peace.
