Reviews-STILL UNABLE TO ACCESS!!!!

i still can't bring up any product reviews. i emailed cs a while ago but they never responded. i hesitate to order when i can't read the reviews. my wish list keeps growing. if q knew how important the reviews are to some of us you would think they would correct the problem. have you noticed when a host is showing a product they have no trouble bringing up those good reviews. now they are starting to annoy me!!! i count on the reviews to make a purchase. what about you folks?
