If you have returned anything recently, you might want to see if has been received by QVC. I returned something on the 7th and when I checked the UPS return number, it still showed it was in Texas (10 days).

I called CS and they told me that they received it on the 14th, but hadn't given me a credit, yet. They gave me the credit while I was on the phone.

Wonder why UPS wasn't updated and wonder why my account wasn't credited at least within 48 hours of the return. They have had it for 5 days.

Their service is sure not the greatest thing around. HSN sends out emails when they receive a number that an item is on the way to be returned.

Oh well, this is just a gripe. And, yes, I know there are much more important things going on in the world.

I know, returns are dreadful. I returned 2 pkgs on the 12th using qvc's label. No tracking, just says USPS accepted it on the 12th. I would love to know where they are.

Using the label that QVC provides usually means it will be near 3 weeks before I see my money back in my account. Thankfully, I don't have to return much...

I always check the box to receive written notification that my item was received, and I always get an email letting me know.

I think HSN and QVC take way too long to complete returns....those smart labels send the item to too many places before it gets to its ultimate destination...I am surprised more items aren't lost forever...too many people handling the returns...I can't see how that is the cheaper route...certainly isn't efficient...
