I know  the cut-off date is last day of January 2022 but

is there a particular start day or month?  (when you purchased item)

9/11/2021 was the start date PLUS anything purchased during christmas in july shows.

i believe postmarked by january 31st @cyw_3825 , but you can call customer service or confirm that date with the social team via qvcsocialteam@qvc.com.

@cyw_3825 Customer Service sent out an email that as long as it's postmarked by the 31st of January, it will be accepted.  They are experiencing delays in processing returns.

@cyw_3825  it is right hrre on the website under customer service, FAQ, returns. You can see for yourself, must be postmarked by Jan 31.
