I ordered some Birki sandals, changed my mind, and cancelled the order the next day. It showed cancelled, but apparently there was a glitch, and they shipped. Is it okay when the package arrives (today), if I go to the UPS store and simply do a 'return to sender' without opening up the package, filling out the return slip, etc.? Will I get credited with the return that way?
