When making a return and you want to send via post office and pay return postage, do you send back the whole label that also includes the $6.95 part? I don't make an error and end up paying $6.95. Thank you.

No, use the pay your way label.  It's tiny compared to the prepaid label.

I never use the prepaid label or any other QVC label.

I just use an index card, with the proper return address written on it (per the invoice) and tape it to my return package.

That way there's no mistaking that I NOT get charged the return label fee.

I always use the prepaid label.

Maybe I am a little lazy, but I like the security of knowing that the QVC label covers the insurance on the item as well as the pre-paid shipping.

That way, I am relieved of all responsibilities!

No, you just cut or tear off the part of the label with your return instructions.
