I find QVC returns so easy , they always get back to me in a timely manner and take care of my return.   I really appreciate this department , and don't have to call and talk to someone ,  so much quicker!

@Sage04  I completed the Easy Returns process and included information of other customer with a detailed explanation. I also wrote a message on her packing slip to let customer service know she did not receive her item.

I usually just call them so they can immediately process your return. They will email you the return label too.
