Return Processing

Hi-

I returned a rather expensive item about 10 days ago (returned it with the Q-label). I went to track my package and it says that it arrived in Rocky Mount, NC last Friday, April 18th. It's Monday now.....any idea on how long it takes to process the returns and for me to get my refund?
