I live in Baltimore, Md.

On November 21 I left my return at the post office - in Towson, Maryland. I used the QVC label. I had possession of the item itself 16 days.

Today, December 2nd, the second installement of my easy pay is coming out of my checking. The item has been tracked down in Pa. but it still has not been delivered to QVC.

QVC is 1 1/2 hours away.

Why is it taking OVER 11 days to process that package. I asked the representative to stop the easy pay payment and she said could not becasue it did not arrive at QVC. The package has not technically been processed so therefore the EP will continue to be withdrawn until this has happened.

I don't know how the 'Regulars' do it I guess I am getting too old for this kind of stuff.
