Re: Restaurants And Cleaning Practices.

I have witnessed some out front “cleaning” in restaurants several times, and know I don’t trust their levels of clean.

Using a small pan of water and one cloth to wipe down tables and every item on them, along with chairs, is not my idea of cleaning.   They are simply cross contaminating surfaces.   Watching someone wiping down laminated menus using one wet cloth, no spray, no cleaning solution, is also cross contaminating.   Mopping the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms with the same mop is cross contaminating.

Re: Restaurants And Cleaning Practices.

@RedTop  I agree, they need to clean better. I usually clean the table with a hand sanitizer towel and wipe the menus, I read where they are filthy!
I have lunch several times a week with friends but yesterday was the last.

Schools are closed, Libraries, restaurants emptier. We need to keep the virus from peaking so bad to help our hospitals and ourselves.
