When the waitress brings us our bread plates and they are wet. Dirty silverware. Big mouth waitresses you can hear all over the restaurant.

How about a waitperson who actually slips into the seat across from you to take your order? Too friendly, or maybe just trying to hear better? I've had that happen a couple of times & didn't know what to make of it.
