Rescue Relief experiences? Natural remedy for stress.

Any experience with Rescue Relief for stress.   And or thevPet version for anxiety?

I have used the product during menopause and when I can't sleep and find that it works quite well.It doesn't work as well as pharmecutical drugs but it does have a calming effect.
