Requesting a UPS Pick-up

I am going to be returning a large box to Amazon and will need UPS to pick it up at my home.  I can request the pick up, but did not know if there is a charge for this.  It will have a prepaid label.   I usually take my items to the UPS store but this is too large for me to handle.

When you contact Amazon you can state that the item is damaged and they will arrange a pick up from your home,otherwise you have to get it to the shipper

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

You can have Amazon arrange pick ups for undamaged items too.

 

I ordered a large set of dishes by mistake (oy!) and Amazon arranged a UPS pickup for me.  There was a hefty return shipping charge, but I didn’t care.
