Many folks don't know all the ins and outs of using email, the internet, or computers in general for that matter. More often than not, I've found if I mention something like the "reply all" and how it can be corrected, people are interested in learning and adapting. But it doesn't upset me.

Frankly, most of my real life friends have moved over to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, text messaging, etc., and seldom use email these days. Not sure if I think that's an improvement.{#emotions_dlg.unsure}
