I think this is a great idea! 
Jobs for mature women that want to work or need a little extra income.
I remember this one particular idea coming up in an article in the SF Chron a couple of years ago. Older ladies were matched with young teens that didn't have a grandmother around. They taught them how to cook, especially holiday dishes, and formed a loving bond with "their kids."
