We need to remodel our house too.I dont look forward to it at all.i would just rather move and let someone else deal with it.

Just do it outside or ask the HOA for permission.You can't do that inside. Nobody does that.

Flpsy, those are the rules. There's no asking permission. That's why I'm hesitant about doing it. 

 

If the contractor was to "just do it outside" he would be told he can't. And I'm guessing there are people who do do it inside.  Imagine??
