If you look at the picture it looks like it's on display in a city setting somewhere with plastic around so it doesn't get destroyed.

"Happy Mother's Day!
This is a sand sculpture by the great Pavel Mylnikov of Moscow, Russia, commissioned by Sultans Of Sand Worldwide at the Jesolo Sand Nativity show in Italy in the early 21st century. It was a colossal work at approximately four times life-size and took two weeks to create.
