Re: Relish Tray-Thanksgiving

I always have a relish tray out for people to nibble on before dinner, not as part of the dinner itself. It’s something that is not heavy that will fill people up too much. I do put a very simple dip in the center or along side depending on what plate or board I use. 

 

I like:

Rainbow carrot sticks

Peppadew peppers with a small pearl of fresh mozzarella in the cavity (always a hit)

Cornichons

A selection of nice olives. Green and black, brined etc.

Marinated mushrooms

Endive leaves

Roasted radish halves

Sometimes sugar snap peas

Long thin crispy breadsticks
