DH and I paid off our house in April and today the reconveyance arrived in the mail. That is the official paperwork which means the mortgage has been completely paid off and the house belongs to US, free and clear, all legal and everything.

I'm so glad! and so is DH. It's been a long stretch--25+ years--and there were times I thought we'd never get this thing paid off but here it is, all ours! It's so good to know that BooBoo will always have a roof over his fuzzy little head {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
