No, I don't believe in reincarnation!

I do tend to agree with Carl Jung's philiosophical theory of the "collective unconscious."    There is also the idea of "infused knowledge."

@ALRATIBA

I can believe it in animals, including sea life, and birds.  But I'm not sure about human beings.

What would make an elderly person speak an unrelated foreign language while in her sleep?  Maybe from a very distant ancestor/relative (DNA)?   It's always puzzled me.

@ROMARY

Yes . . . and that is documented.  Very strange.

It would be interesting (to me) to find out/research whether languages can be carried down via DNA.   Well, almost anything is possible .................

Well, it shocked me, and that's for sure.  Of course, people I've told this to just look at me.  No response, lol.

I totally believe in reincarnation (I wish I didn't but I do).  I have seen it explained too many times.

I've known people who have had things happen to them that cannot be explained.

Edgar Cayce is one of the most famous people to have written about this subject.  In Southern Va there is an entire museum devoted to him and this subject.

I've read many books by people who are respected in their field on the subject.

Either you believe or you don't.  It's OK to be a skeptic.

@Annabellethecat66

I did read one of his books, but I can't remember anything about it.  It was given to me to read by a close friend who totally believes she will be reincarnated.

Reincarnation - NO

Incarnation - Yes.

I remember this in the news very well; it wasn't so many years ago.

@LilacTree A few years ago, I read a book by Dr. Brian Weiss...Many Lives, Many Masters...it got me to thinking about reincarnation in a whole new light...my religion says one thing.....but what if what we are taught wrong? It's a very fast read and will have you questioning your beliefs..in a good way. Tried sharing a link..but afraid it will be pulled down.

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY POSTS?  WERE THEY TAKEN DOWN?

Why?  Religion wasn't mentioned, what happened?

On what basis were they taken down?  I provided information on two cases, nothing slanderous, what the heck?
