I hope the issue with those who can't see reviews has been fixed.

I never had that problem since I have been able to see reviews all along.  I even left a few myself over the last week.

One thing that I have noticed recently regarding reviews are the many down votes when someone doesn't like an item.  I'm talking about customers who purchased the item and go into detail about why they didn't like it and give it low stars.

I can understand the down votes if a review is when someone never bought the item or they are complaining about something that has nothing to do with the actual item itself such as price or shipping.

I don't understand why so many down votes when someone explains in detail why the item doesn't work for them.

You would think that some customers only want to sse glowing positive reviews!  What is the point of that? I am glad to read honest reviews.  It helps me to decide on an item.

This may have been something that has been going on for a long time but I only just noticed it.

Where have the "Reviews" gone???? 

This is ridiculous.  It appears that you can see the "star" ratings from product list page but not from inside the exact product's page.  It looks like they have absconded with the space on the product item page that was formerly dedicated to running reviews and replaced it with big huge individual ads for other products. 
 

Hmmm, if this is related to "changes" from the the new "management team", it definitely feels like we are going backwards and not forwards. 

We, "QVC" shoppers are smarter than that!  In fact, all online shoppers are smarter than that, we read reviews on ALL websites.  We need reviews or we will slow our buying.

I so agree! I always read the reviews on any item I am considering to purchase! What is next? Eliminating the garment measurement chart?

I always try  leave reviews, when asked from a follow up purchase, especially if positive.

I recently bought a car, what a horrible experience.  I refused to review the purchase, after numerous calls and emails.  The dealership was better off without my negative review.  Too many people dropped the ball!  I was concerned about the people all having my phone number and street address.  I was my own fault.  I should have stayed with my trusted dealer 100 miles away but due to several recent medical issues had to temporarily relocate.

So many things I buy are not for me, kids and grands.  So I immediately delete the emails, both from the Q and Walmart asking for reviews.

I am fascinated about the differences in the five star vs the one star reviews on the Q!  Especially in clothing on fabric and washing.

Can we stop please with the multiple posts on the same topic, it does nothing but clutter up the forum.  This is at least the 10th post on reviews in the last 2 weeks.

This is not the only topic where this is occurring.  Weekly we have the I hate Jane posts and the Shawn is inappropriate posts.  Whenever someone passes away there are at least 3 different posts informing us of the death.  Recently I've noticed that the same person will write duplicate posts under different forum topics.

I'm not asking people to not post.  If you have something to say, p!ease use the search bar for the topic and add to the current thread.

I know this will not be taken well and people will bring out the hate.  If you must, go ahead, I will not be responding.  This is just my opinion.

Just as I was writing this, someone else started a new thread on reviews.

I can see reviews and watch videos. So it is not a universal problem, in the other threads, other people have said the same thing that they can see video and read the reviews.

 No hate here and I appreciate everyone's opinion. 

Yes, there have been questions and posts regarding reviews.  However, I haven't seen any mention about down votes on detailed reviews and was curious about them.  I am allowed my opinion and curiosity as well.

My thread has noting to do with the fact that many can't see reviews.  Not the same topic.

@Maizie Green    Can you tell us what device and browzer you  are using? I am using a Macbook and cannot read reviews on Safari or Chrome. This just started last week. My Macbook updated the operating system last night and I cleared out viewing history and cookies and still no reviews. From what I have read more people are unable to read the reviews than those who can and most of those are using Edge. I am just wondering why I can read reviews on HSN and other sites. For me it is just the QVC site that is giving me problems. It's really a head scratcher.

Very good points @Travone . I rarely start a post but when I do I will type in the topic and if it has already been brought up I will not start another. Like you said, the "haters" may come out as they usually do, but I see it as they just fit the description below. 

People seem to need the attention and validation. I never understood why posters repeatedly discuss the same thing over and over. I researched it and this is what I found. In my opinion, I find this very accurate. Not only here on this forum but in all social media outlets as well. One reason this is the only social platform I read.

• Dopamine Hits: Likes, comments, and notifications provide a quick psychological reward.

• Validation: Some users feel unseen in real life and seek acknowledgment or a sense of belonging from strangers.

@50Mickey I am on a MacBook Air and I'm using Brave. I also just went over to Safari and can see reviews on both.
