Has anyone else noticed that refunds are slower being credited back to credit card?  QVC has really changed in many ways and not in a positive way.  Jewelry is not the same quality it was  10 to 15 years ago (gold is not as substantial). Is quality control a thing of the past? I have had to return more items this past year than ever before. Are they still looping the midnight show during the night?  It was so nice to turn on the TV during the night to see what was on...but now I have no desire to see the same show multiple times.  I will say the customer service personnel (that I have spoken to) have been very helpful.  I had to get this off my chest...now I will get off my soapbox.

@gramgrandkids1.  QVC has always been slow getting refunds back to customers.  This isn't new.

The quality of jewelry everywhere has gone downhill.  Even sterling is typically thin and flimsy.  I quit buying when earrings started falling apart with the second wearing.

Yes, it’s been my observation that as far as I can tell, the midnight presentation is looped.

At least the few times I’ve tried to sit through it, it was looped.

I was up pretty early Monday morning and at 5 or 6 AM the shows were recorded.  This was the main channel.  Shocking.

Gold and silver are so expensive - jewelry is thinner to compensate I suppose.

Even Macy's returns aren't being processed as quickly and they are typically very fast - 2 days for return - another 2 days at the most for the refund.

Tis the season likely.

Amazon on the other hand credits your account as soon as they see the item is being returned to them.  And immediately if you choose to receive a gift card for your refund.

I've noticed that the refunds are slow.........but also incomplete. I returned a ring, and paid for the return shipping myself. Yet, they did not credit me the full amount charged. They automatically deducted the return label shipping fee - and I wrote all over the invoice that I was paying the return shipping. I spoke with a customer service rep......and she was not very friendly.

I haven't returned anything in I don't even know how long.  However, I rec'd a defective sweater I sent back Saturday morning.  By Saturday afternoon I had an e-mail that my return was on it's way.  I'll see when I get the refund.

@gramgrandkids1

Actually, no.  I don't return much but my refunds are coming quicker than before.

Before, if i sent back using the label it would take 3-4 weeks or more to see a credit to my charge.

I returned a defective item using the label recently and it was under 2 weeks.
