I received Amazon and HSN refunds so much quicker than the Q. Also orders shipped quicker. They also give the customers rewards, not the Q. I have shopped much less at the Q. Only buy my Mally cosmetics and Dr. D., just the vendors I use now.

I recently returned a couple items to Amazon...printed the label from their website and then took it the ups store....the next day I received an email that they processed my refunds. Obviously they don't bother to wait to receive it but know when it's in transit as soon as it is scanned by the ups store. The two refunds were for $173 each.

When Qvc says they've processed your return after they've received it, often it is not released for a week or longer yet they will lie through their teeth and tell you that it takes x number of business days to post and it's the fault of your bank for slow posting. How "odd" that my Amazon refunds posted within a couple days of receiving their email. I've had to call Q c/s and remind them to release a refund.
