I have been a very good customer since the beginning of QVC, although I must say I am thoroughly aggravated with money not refunded in a timely manner. If I had not gone to my account on line to take notice I am curious IF and WHEN this ever would have been taken care of before me writting to them? We are not speaking of a few dollars here, the items were sent back long ago and after me repoting theissue I have been told it will not take an additional 7 to 10 days? And also thanked me for letting them know of this? This has left a sour taste now and I will definetly go back and research everything I have ever returned to double check. I am dissapointed to say the least !

While customer service will cheerfully take care of your refund, beware and recheck your account for $6.95 charges that are put through later by the warehouse when they finally do get to your returned package. C/S always refunds for the full amount even when things were not defective and then the warehouse will come along later with all these $6.95 charges. It's annoying and hard to keep track of. I no longer ask customer service to put through my refunds as a result. There were a couple items that were returned for defects and I was not supposed to be charged the $6.95...had to call customer service weeks later when I noticed it and get them reversed. Just when you think you've been helped and everything is just fine....no, it is not!

Recently I needed a part for my technique 8.5 pressure cookie that was purchased over a year ago. Couldn't get through to the CS # on manual so called QVC CS. Found out company that made product went out of business unexpectedly and was told to send it back to QVC for a full refund even thought the warranty was over. I sent it back and within a few days of them receiving it, I had my full refund. Can't say enough about QVC CS.
I rarely return anything, but the few times I had to, my refunds were prompt. If it was a result of a defective product never was charged for return shipping.

Two of my 3 returns that were delivered 10 days ago but not refunded, have been put through and without calling customer service. I'm so glad as I did not want to involve them and see another cluster of $6.95 fees that are not explained, that are not tied into anything and that sometime appear much, much later intermixed between additional purchases.
The 3rd return was delivered on Nov 24th and I also will not bust their chops for that but give them plenty of time to recoup from the holidays.
