Refrigerator advice (counter depth)

I am getting my kitchen remodeled and went to pick out a refrigerator last night. Almost ALL of them have ice/water on the door - I want something plainer, in white.

The one I liked was a Kitchenaid.

Does anyone know if this is a good brand (I LOVE my mixer - but this is a MUCH bigger investment!)

Is the ice/water feature worth the extra money?
